Our interactive mental health training is derived from the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (CSA Z1003). Training facilitators are Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisors (Canadian Mental Health Association) and trained in Mental Health First Aid and Psychological First Aid (Mental Health Commission of Canada).
Our specialized mental health training helps to foster psychologically safe work environments and provides tools for building mental health supports for individuals and organizations.
We engage participants with practical knowledge, actionable tools, and explore real-world scenarios to create a dynamic, safe, and inclusive environment where lived experience and personal insights compliment essential learning components.

Course Details
Length: In-person, 3.5 Hours.
Certificate: Valid for three years. Course content is dynamic and updated regularly. Recertification is recommended every 2-3 years.
